Got 111 – Terms & Conditions

Got 111 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "got 111") is a licensed platform providing online Sports Betting services in Bangladesh and international markets. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between got 111 and the user.

Got 111 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

To use got 111, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required under the laws applicable in your country.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• You are joining the platform as an independent and voluntary user.
• You are not placing bets under the influence of substances or in an impaired mental state.

Got 111 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, passport, or national identity card at any time for age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

When registering with got 111, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or fabricated details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be suspended.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to got 111 support immediately.

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to keep your account secure. got 111 is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account if you have not followed the recommended security precautions.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on got 111. These Terms & Conditions apply to all betting activity on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Got 111 reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If team or player information changes before a match (injury, suspension, etc.), got 111 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding results, got 111's decision shall be considered final.

Got 111 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳500. Balances are typically credited within 5 minutes via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳5,00,000. Processing takes up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Got 111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
• Got 111 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the got 111 platform and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack an account or breach the platform's security.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting with third-party funds or money laundering.

Got 111 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want every member to enjoy betting as a fun form of entertainment — not as a source of stress or addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: You can set an automatic logout after a specified period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off: You may temporarily suspend your account for any period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: You can permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

Got 111 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. If the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may not be returned.

Got 111 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given via your registered email and on the platform at least 7 days before changes take effect. For significant changes, 14 days' notice will be provided.
